Job description
Company is seeking a talented DevSecOps Senior Engineer to join our high-performing global engineering team focused on advancing enterprise cloud platforms. This hybrid role is based in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico, offering an exciting opportunity to work with a modern tech stack and directly impact the security and efficiency of our cloud infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and manage automated CI/CD pipelines to improve development and deployment workflows. Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform to ensure cloud environment consistency and reliability. Monitor and secure cloud environments using industry best practices and security tools. Collaborate with software development, operations, and security teams to embed security throughout the development lifecycle. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to cloud services, containers, and infrastructure management. Stay current with emerging cloud security technologies and methodologies, contributing innovative solutions. Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on DevSecOps tools and best practices. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in DevSecOps within enterprise environments. Strong expertise in cloud platforms, preferably Azure; AWS experience is also valuable. Hands-on experience with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code. Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and Jenkins. Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies including Kubernetes (AKS/EKS), Docker, and serverless architectures. Solid programming and scripting skills.
