Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair diesel engines on medium to heavy-duty commercial vehicles and motorhomes using advanced diagnostic tools.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure fleet reliability and safety compliance.
• Calculate job and parts costs accurately to maintain transparent client communication and budgeting.
• Review completed work to meet Southwest Truck & RV’s strict quality control standards.
• Collaborate with service advisors and team members to optimize workflow and customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Diesel Technician, preferably with medium to heavy-duty vehicles.
• Possession of a full set of professional diesel mechanic tools.

• Excellent communication skills for clear client and team interactions.
