Director of Inventory and Logistics in La Cañada, Querétaro

About the Job Bluebix Solutions is seeking a seasoned Director of Inventory and Logistics to lead and scale inventory operations across the U.S. and Canada. Join a fast-growing consumer brand building a best-in-class supply chain engine. What You’ll Do Own company-wide inventory management across multiple states in the U.S. and Canada Oversee shipping, receiving, and local logistics at the main office Maintain tight stock control through cycle counts, reconciliations, transfers, and audit readiness Manage fleet maintenance including service schedules, registrations, mileage logs, fuel cards, and keys Develop and implement clear SOPs, train teams, and ensure high data accuracy Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance on replenishment, aging inventory, and month-end true-ups Track and improve KPIs such as inventory turns, shrink, days of supply, fill rate, and transfer SLAs Support special projects for new market and product launches Tools You’ll Use EZO for asset and inventory management mytrace CRM/ERP system Google Workspace with advanced spreadsheet skills Experience with seed-to-sale or regulated inventory systems like BioTrack or METRC is a plus What You Bring 3+ years leading inventory or logistics for multi-site operations, preferably regional or multi-country Strong expertise in counts, reconciliations, transfers, and audit-ready processes Proven ability to build and implement effective SOPs Detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and solutions-driven mindset Tech-savvy with quick adaptability to new systems Valid driver’s license with a clean record Nice to Have Experience in highly regulated industries Experience launching new markets or distribution centers Vendor or carrier management experience Location: La Cañada, Querétaro, Mexico Employment Type: Full-time (On-site) Compensation: $30 USD per hour
