Key Responsibilities Lead strategic initiatives to identify and develop new business opportunities within the Infrastructure & Security Services sector, targeting a 15% annual growth in new client acquisition. Conduct comprehensive market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs, shaping adaptive sales strategies. Establish and nurture long-term relationships with prospective clients, partners, and industry influencers to expand the company’s footprint. Collaborate closely with marketing teams to design and implement targeted outreach campaigns that effectively communicate our unique value propositions. Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to key stakeholders, driving deal closures and partnership agreements. Monitor sales metrics rigorously, adjusting tactics proactively to meet or exceed quarterly and annual targets. Champion customer feedback internally to continuously enhance service offerings and improve client satisfaction scores. Report directly to the VP of Business Development, contributing insights and recommendations to executive leadership. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales or business development within IT, infrastructure, or security services. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools to manage pipelines effectively. Preferred: Industry-standard certifications in Sales or Business Development (e.g., Certified Business Development Professional). Experience working in remote or distributed teams with strong self-management skills. Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and infrastructure technologies.
