Key Responsibilities Review and verify documents for accuracy and compliance with company standards. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely processing of documentation. Maintain detailed records of document verification processes and outcomes. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries related to documentation. Assist in identifying areas for process improvement and contribute to enhancements. Participate in training sessions to stay updated on verification standards and practices. Work closely with other departments to ensure cross-functional alignment on documentation requirements. Required and Preferred Qualifications Diploma in any field; additional coursework in related areas preferred. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills are essential. Previous experience in customer service or document handling is advantageous. Proficiency in common office software tools (e.g., MS Office Suite). Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a dynamic environment.
