Job description
Immoviewer US is looking for a skilled Drafter / Draftsman to join our team in Lima, Peru on a contract basis. This role offers the chance to work on diverse architecture and engineering projects in a collaborative and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Create accurate technical drawings and blueprints from architects' and engineers' specifications.
- Use 2D and 3D modeling software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp to develop design concepts and presentations.
- Work closely with project managers to meet deadlines and project requirements.
- Update and revise drawings based on project feedback and changes.
- Maintain detailed documentation of design processes, modifications, and team communications.
- Prepare necessary documentation for regulatory approvals and construction permits.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and present design solutions.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design.
- Relevant drafting experience or related field expertise.
- Proficiency in 2D and 3D modeling tools (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
- Strong attention to detail and technical drawing skills.
- Excellent time management and communication abilities.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
