Immoviewer US is looking for a skilled Drafter / Draftsman to join our team in Lima, Peru . This contract role offers an exciting chance to contribute to architectural and engineering projects in a collaborative and innovative environment. Key Responsibilities Create accurate technical drawings and blueprints from architects' and engineers' specifications. Use 2D and 3D modeling software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp to develop design concepts and presentations. Work closely with project managers to meet project deadlines and requirements. Revise and update drawings based on project feedback and changes. Maintain detailed documentation of all design processes and team communications. Prepare necessary documentation for regulatory approvals and construction permits. Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and present design solutions. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design. Relevant drafting experience in architecture or engineering fields. Proficiency in 2D and 3D modeling tools including AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp. Strong attention to detail and technical drawing skills. Excellent time management and communication abilities.
