Key Responsibilities Operate light motor vehicles safely and efficiently to transport goods and passengers on assigned routes within Dubai. Conduct regular vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to guarantee vehicle safety and reliability, minimizing downtime. Comply strictly with all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies to maintain a clean driving record and ensure safe transit. Assist in loading and unloading cargo carefully to prevent damage and ensure timely deliveries. Maintain accurate and up-to-date logs of mileage, routes, delivery times, and any incidents during transit for operational transparency. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members to coordinate schedules, optimize routes, and resolve any issues promptly. Provide excellent customer service by ensuring a comfortable and secure ride for all passengers, enhancing the company’s reputation. What We're Looking For Required: High School Diploma or equivalent educational background. Valid UAE driver’s license with a clean driving record and at least 1 year of professional driving experience. Strong knowledge of UAE traffic laws, vehicle safety protocols, and defensive driving techniques. Effective communication skills in English to coordinate with team members and customers. Ability to work full-time on-site in Dubai with a flexible schedule as needed. Preferred: 1-3 years of experience as a driver in a similar role within the transportation or logistics industry. Familiarity with Dubai’s road network and traffic patterns to optimize delivery routes. Basic mechanical skills for minor vehicle troubleshooting and maintenance.
