Excelsior DMCC is seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our dynamic team in Dubai, UAE. Key Responsibilities Design and implement age-appropriate curricula that foster learning and development across multiple domains. Observe, assess, and document children's progress, providing constructive feedback to support their growth. Create and maintain a safe, nurturing classroom atmosphere that encourages exploration and discovery. Engage and collaborate with families to enhance their involvement in their child's education and development. Work closely with colleagues to develop educational initiatives and apply best teaching practices. Participate actively in staff meetings and professional development to continuously improve teaching skills. Manage classroom behavior effectively to maintain a positive and productive learning environment. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or CACHE Level 3 Diploma. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in relevant educational software and tools. Minimum of 2 years experience working with young children in an educational setting preferred.
