This full-time, remote-eligible position based in Panamá, Panamá offers the opportunity to work closely with attorneys handling EB2-NIW cases. Key Responsibilities: Gather, organize, and prepare legal documents and case files for court and Immigration Agencies. Collaborate with attorneys, clients, and legal professionals to collect relevant case information. Draft and prepare legal documents including briefs, affidavits, appeals, motions, and pleadings. Support the legal team in managing EB2-NIW immigration petitions and related processes. Qualifications: Experience with EB2-NIW immigration cases preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills in English and Spanish. Ability to work independently and remotely while meeting deadlines.
