Education Referral Network Manager - Remote - Mexico City

Vyagale’s Academy is seeking a motivated and skilled Education Referral Network Manager to join our team on a freelance, fully remote basis within Mexico. This role is essential to expanding our educational outreach and strengthening referral partnerships across diverse educational and professional communities. Key Responsibilities Establish and nurture referral relationships with therapists, BCBAs, teachers, college professors, daycares, tutors, ESL agencies, language schools, PreK-12 schools, affluent parents, homeschooling families, churches, colleges, universities, technical trade schools, vocational schools, and corporate professionals. Design and implement referral incentive programs targeting partners and parents to boost engagement and enrollment. Monitor and analyze referral sources and conversion rates to optimize network growth. Maintain consistent and proactive communication with referral partners to foster long-term collaboration. Drive growth of recurring student enrollment through effective referral strategies. Qualifications Experience in education services, therapy networks, or managing referral programs. Excellent relationship-building and follow-up skills. Strong data tracking, organizational, and analytical abilities. Passion for supporting diverse learners and educational communities. Technology Requirements Reliable high-speed internet connection. Laptop or desktop computer equipped with webcam and wireless noise-canceling microphone. Safe and quiet physical space suitable for virtual instruction and movement-based activities. Familiarity with virtual video platforms for teaching dance and movement is a plus. Contractor Expectations This is an independent contractor role. Contractors are responsible for managing their own taxes, equipment, and scheduling while maintaining professional instructional quality and communication.
