Education Referral Network Manager – Remote (Mexico)

Key Responsibilities

• Build and nurture referral relationships with a diverse range of partners including therapists, BCBAs, teachers, college professors, daycares, tutors, ESL agencies, language schools, PreK-12 schools, affluent parents, homeschooling families, churches, colleges, universities, technical trade schools, vocational schools, and corporate professionals.
• Develop and implement referral incentive programs tailored for partners and parents to increase engagement and referral conversions.
• Track and analyze referral sources and conversion rates using data-driven methods to optimize recruitment strategies and increase recurring student enrollment.
• Maintain consistent communication with referral partners to foster long-term relationships and ensure alignment with Vyagale’s Academy’s mission and values.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate enrollment processes and support seamless onboarding of referred students.
• Identify new referral opportunities within Mexico’s educational and professional sectors to expand the network continuously.
• Report regularly on referral program performance metrics to senior management, recommending improvements based on data insights.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and ethical standards in managing referral information and communications.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• Proven experience in education services, therapy networks, or referral program management, ideally within Mexico’s educational landscape.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills with a demonstrated ability to follow up and maintain partner engagement.
• Strong organizational and data tracking capabilities, comfortable with CRM tools and analytics.
• Passion for supporting diverse learners and families, with cultural sensitivity to Mexico’s educational context.
• Reliable high-speed internet and proficiency with virtual video platforms for remote collaboration.
• Self-motivated, independent contractor mindset with excellent communication and time management skills.

Preferred:

• Experience working with therapists, BCBAs, or educational institutions in Mexico.
• Familiarity with incentive program design and implementation.
• Background in virtual instruction or educational program coordination.
• Fluency in English and Spanish to support bilingual communications.
