Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with the International Baccalaureate (IB) Primary Years Programme, promoting inquiry-based learning.
  • Foster a positive classroom environment that supports students’ social-emotional growth and academic success.
  • Utilize technology tools effectively to enhance instructional delivery and student engagement.
  • Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to design interdisciplinary projects and school-wide initiatives.
  • Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in English or Education with valid teaching qualifications.
  • Minimum of three years of teaching experience, preferably in elementary education.
  • Strong bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with an emphasis on English fluency.

  • Excellent organizational skills, creativity, adaptability, and a collaborative team-player attitude.
