This full-time position is essential to ensure smooth logistics operations in a collaborative and dynamic environment. As the Warehouse Manager, you will play a crucial role in inventory management and coordinating processes that directly impact the efficiency of our supply chain. Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise daily inventory, ensuring all products are properly stored and labeled. Plan and coordinate the receipt and dispatch of goods, guaranteeing punctuality and accuracy. Implement and maintain efficient organizational systems within the warehouse. Communicate effectively with the team and other departments to ensure smooth operations. Train and lead the warehouse team, fostering a collaborative and motivating work environment. Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure record accuracy and report discrepancies. Adapt plans and procedures as needed to improve operational efficiency. Required and Preferred Qualifications Currently pursuing the third year in Business Administration or a related field (required). Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory management or a similar logistics role (preferred). Certifications in inventory management (preferred). Strong skills in organization, communication, teamwork, leadership, adaptability, and planning. Knowledge of inventory and logistics management software tools.
