Role Description Full-time on-site position based in Singapore Lead or co-lead a team of technicians and general workers to maintain high-quality service standards Plan and schedule jobs to ensure timely project delivery Coordinate directly with clients to oversee job execution Conduct technical assessments, troubleshoot issues, and ensure resolution Stay updated and ensure compliance with all statutory regulations Maintain accurate documentation for record-keeping purposes Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute engineering projects efficiently Troubleshoot, optimize systems, and liaise with stakeholders to meet project goals Qualifications Proficient in project planning and scheduling Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for technical assessments and troubleshooting Knowledgeable about safety standards and regulatory requirements in engineering projects Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork and stakeholder engagement Proficient in MS Office and relevant engineering software tools Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently Minimum Diploma in Engineering or related field required Prior experience in engineering practices preferred Compensation: SGD 4,000 per month Location: Singapore (On-site) Employment Type: Full-time
