This full-time role is crucial in accurately estimating project costs and building strong client relationships within the competitive construction industry. Your expertise will drive growth and enhance client satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare precise cost estimates for projects using blueprints and specifications. Engage clients to understand their needs and offer customized solutions. Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage client interactions, and maintain detailed transaction records. Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to ensure estimate accuracy and feasibility. Prepare and present proposals, effectively communicating service benefits to clients. Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure adherence to estimates and deadlines. Provide after-sales support, addressing client inquiries to maintain strong relationships. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Construction Management, or related field. Proven experience in estimating and sales roles. Proficiency in CRM and relevant sales/estimating tools. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
