Key Responsibilities

• Prepare precise cost estimates for projects using blueprints and specifications.
• Engage clients to understand their needs and offer customized solutions.
• Use CRM software to track leads, manage client interactions, and maintain transaction records.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure estimate accuracy and feasibility.
• Prepare and present detailed proposals, clearly communicating service benefits.
• Monitor project timelines and budgets to align with estimates and deadlines.
• Provide after-sales support to address client inquiries and maintain strong relationships.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven estimating and sales experience in a similar role.
• Proficient with CRM and relevant sales/estimating tools.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
