Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer requests for lockouts, lock repairs, and installations. Use locksmith tools and techniques to service various locking mechanisms. Deliver excellent customer service by clearly communicating and understanding client needs. Diagnose lock and key problems and provide effective solutions. Keep accurate records of services performed and manage inventory of keys and locks. Collaborate with senior technicians on complex projects and installations. Participate in ongoing training to stay current with locksmithing best practices and tools. Required and Preferred Qualifications Basic locksmithing, customer service, and problem-solving skills. Technical aptitude relevant to locksmith trade. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and techniques. Industry certifications are a plus but not required. Customer-facing experience is advantageous. Work closely with experienced locksmiths who provide mentorship and guidance.
