Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the ER, Med Surg, or PACU units, ensuring safety and comfort.
- Assess patient conditions promptly and accurately to implement appropriate nursing interventions.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, therapists, and support staff to optimize patient outcomes.
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies.
- Administer medications, treatments, and post-operative care according to established protocols and physician orders.
- Educate patients and families on care plans, discharge instructions, and health maintenance to promote recovery and prevent complications.

What We’re Looking For
Required:
- Associate Degree in Nursing from an accredited professional nursing school.
- Valid Arizona Registered Nurse license or Compact State RN license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire.
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse in Med Surg, ER, PACU, or Cath Lab settings.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher.
- 3+ years of experience in Med Surg, ER, or PACU nursing roles.
