Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior estimators in preparing detailed auto damage appraisals and repair estimates.
- Review vehicle damage reports and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Communicate effectively with insurance adjusters, repair shops, and customers to gather necessary information.
- Utilize industry-standard software tools to input and update appraisal data promptly.
- Support the claims adjustment process by verifying repair costs and parts pricing according to local market standards.
- Maintain organized records of appraisals and correspondence in compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily productivity targets, contributing to a 15% reduction in claim processing times.

What We’re Looking For
Required:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in auto damage appraisal, claims processing, or related automotive field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with appraisal software (e.g., CCC ONE, Audatex) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Spanish proficiency is advantageous.
