Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior estimators in preparing detailed auto damage appraisals and repair estimates.
• Review vehicle damage reports and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Communicate effectively with insurance adjusters, repair shops, and customers to gather necessary information.
• Utilize industry-standard software tools to input and update appraisal data promptly.
• Support the claims adjustment process by verifying repair costs and parts pricing according to local market standards.
• Maintain organized records of appraisals and correspondence in compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with the team to meet daily productivity targets, contributing to a 15% reduction in claim processing times.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in auto damage appraisal, claims processing, or related automotive field.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with appraisal software (e.g., CCC ONE, Audatex) is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Spanish proficiency is advantageous.
