Job description
We are seeking a dynamic Executive Assistant to serve as a Strategic Partner in our Glendale, Arizona office. This full-time position requires a unique blend of analytical thinking, strategic foresight, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to see both the forest and the trees—maintaining a helicopter view of organizational priorities while diving into critical details when needed. Key Responsibilities Administrative Support & Executive Partnership Calendar & Schedule Management : Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar with strategic awareness, ensuring efficient scheduling that aligns with organizational priorities and executive energy patterns. Communication Management : Respond to emails, make phone calls, and handle correspondence on behalf of the CEO, applying analytical judgment to prioritize and filter communications effectively. Document Creation : Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents that demonstrate both attention to detail and strategic insight. Travel Coordination : Handle comprehensive travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, and managing itineraries with contingency planning and realistic timeline management. Strategic Project & Task Management Project Leadership : Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of various business projects, applying helicopter perspective to identify interdependencies and potential challenges. Action Item Management : Track action items from meetings with analytical precision, ensuring timely follow-ups and completion of tasks while identifying patterns that could improve organizational efficiency. Information Systems : Maintain organized records and files for quick access and reference, supporting seamless information flow within the executive office.
