Key Responsibilities Utilize advanced communication skills to assess candidate qualifications and job requirements effectively. Conduct in-depth interviews to understand candidates' skills, experiences, and career goals. Employ problem-solving techniques to identify optimal matches between candidates and job openings. Maintain and update candidate profiles in the recruitment database, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs and tailor candidate recommendations accordingly. Track and analyze hiring metrics to refine job matching strategies and improve overall effectiveness. Provide ongoing support to candidates throughout the hiring process, enhancing their experience and engagement. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Communication, Business, or related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on innovative solutions. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software. 2+ years experience in talent acquisition or recruitment preferred. Recruiting or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus. Work onsite in Los Angeles, reporting directly to the Recruitment Team Lead within a collaborative and inclusive environment.
