PRC Group Services is seeking a dedicated Facility Maintenance and Cleaning Technician to join our Houston, Texas team. This full-time position is essential for maintaining a clean, safe, and fully functional facility environment that supports employee productivity and visitor satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning and sanitization of all facility areas, including workspaces, restrooms, and common areas. Conduct minor repairs, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance tasks to ensure operational efficiency. Manage cleaning supplies and maintenance equipment inventory to maintain adequate stock levels. Collaborate with team members and management to develop and follow cleaning schedules and maintenance plans. Respond promptly to maintenance requests, prioritizing tasks to minimize downtime. Maintain clear communication with the team regarding work progress and any issues encountered. Follow all safety protocols and best practices during all maintenance and cleaning activities. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience in facility cleaning and maintenance preferred. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Attention to detail and physical stamina to perform demanding tasks.
