Field Sales Representative in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu

Job Summary HR GDI is looking for a proactive and result-driven Field Sales Representative with a minimum of 3 years of experience in field sales. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing distributor and retailer relationships, enhancing product visibility, and achieving sales targets across Tamil Nadu. Key Responsibilities Develop and expand sales networks throughout Tamil Nadu. Identify and onboard new distributors, dealers, retailers, and institutional customers. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and business partners. Conduct regular market visits to generate leads and increase product penetration. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Present and promote the company's hygiene and personal care product portfolio to customers. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements. Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy customer accounts. Prepare and submit sales reports, market feedback, and travel reports. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer support. Participate in trade exhibitions, promotional activities, and product launches as needed. Compensation: ₹25,000 per month Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India Job Type: Full-time, on-site position
