Key Responsibilities Diagnose and troubleshoot semiconductor manufacturing equipment to resolve technical issues efficiently. Perform routine maintenance and repairs to maintain equipment reliability and uptime. Operate and adjust robotics and automation systems to optimize production processes. Prepare detailed technical documentation for service operations and equipment specifications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction. Participate in installation, upgrade, and project-related tasks for semiconductor systems. Maintain accurate records of service activities and customer interactions to monitor performance metrics. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma, GED, Technical Certification, Associate Degree, or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical field. Experience working with semiconductor equipment and manufacturing environments. Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills. Knowledge of robotics and automation technologies used in semiconductor manufacturing. Proficiency in technical documentation and adherence to safety protocols. This position requires excellent communication and teamwork skills, reporting directly to the Field Service Manager.
