Finance Analyst - 12 Months Contract Location: Beaverton, Oregon, United States (Onsite, Hybrid Work Schedule) Ohm Systems, Inc is seeking a skilled Finance Analyst with 3-5 years of experience to join our team onsite at our WHQ in Beaverton, OR. This is a 12-month contract position ideal for local or nearby candidates. Key Responsibilities: Support financial analysis and modeling for core footwear and running portfolios with high visibility and revenue impact. Develop and maintain complex financial models and scenario planning tools. Create clear, concise PowerPoint decks to communicate financial insights to cross-functional teams. Collaborate closely with footwear developers and other non-finance stakeholders to translate finance data into actionable business insights. Engage proactively in a dynamic, ambiguous environment as a self-starter. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (MBA is a plus). 3-5 years of experience in a financial analyst role, preferably within a large company or consumer products sector. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and financial modeling techniques. Experience with PowerPoint and deck building for executive presentations. Strong communication skills to simplify complex financial concepts for diverse teams. Desired Soft Skills: Effective communicator comfortable working cross-functionally.
