Finance Analyst III - General Finance | Guatemala City

Company is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Analyst III to join our team in Guatemala City. This full-time role focuses on supporting revenue, cost, and margin projections, ensuring accurate financial monitoring and reporting. Key Responsibilities Support revenue, cost, and margin projections with detailed analysis. Conduct weekly monitoring of revenue and margin forecasts to track performance. Present monthly financial results on behalf of Account Managers and the Operations Director. Analyze variations against projections and budgets to identify trends and opportunities. Validate headcount data for accounts by collaborating with retention, payroll, and operations teams to optimize margins. Assist the pricing function as needed to support competitive and profitable pricing strategies. Ensure timely coordination and communication between sales, solutions, and business development teams. Qualifications Proven experience in finance analysis, preferably in revenue and margin forecasting. Strong analytical and presentation skills. Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Excel. This position is not remote and requires presence in Guatemala City.
