Job description
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Analyst III to support revenue, cost, and margin projections while conducting weekly monitoring of revenue and margin forecasts. This role is based in Guatemala City and requires close collaboration with Account Managers, Operations Director, retention, payroll, and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support revenue, cost, and margin projections to ensure accurate financial forecasting.
- Conduct weekly monitoring and analysis of revenue and margin forecasts.
- Present monthly financial results on behalf of Account Managers and Operations Director, analyzing variations against projections and budgets.
- Validate headcount for accounts in coordination with retention, payroll, and operations teams to optimize margins.
- Assist the pricing function as needed to support business objectives.
- Ensure timely coordination between sales, solutions, and business development teams to align financial goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in financial analysis, preferably in a general finance role.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and timely reporting.
Work Type: Full-time, on-site position in Guatemala City. Remote work is not eligible.
