Key Responsibilities
- Record all company payments daily to maintain accurate financial tracking.
- Register deposit tickets promptly in the general ledger to ensure up-to-date accounting records.
- Develop and manage the monthly payment budget, aligning expenses with company financial goals.
- Input purchase transactions into the Peachtree accounting system accurately and timely.
- Monitor online banking daily to verify deposits and record payments, ensuring cash flow accuracy.
- Review daily Z reports from billing systems to reconcile sales and revenue data.
- Participate actively in strategic decision-making related to financial management and human resources.
- Prepare essential government reports including ITBMS and Informe 43, ensuring compliance with Panamanian tax regulations.
