Key Responsibilities Conduct detailed assessments of clients' financial situations to create tailored financial plans and investment strategies. Educate clients on a variety of financial products and services to empower informed decision-making. Prospect and acquire new clients through effective networking and relationship-building. Maintain and strengthen client relationships with ongoing communication and exceptional customer service. Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans aligned with clients' goals and risk tolerance. Monitor clients' financial progress and adjust plans as needed to respond to market or personal changes. Stay informed on market trends to provide clients with relevant insights and advice. Required and Preferred Qualifications Relevant sales training and proven skills in sales, communication, customer service, networking, and relationship building. Experience in financial services is preferred but not mandatory. Proficiency in financial planning and analysis software tools. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
