Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive training and support to new financial brokers across Canada and the United States to ensure their success.
- Analyze client financial needs and recommend suitable financial products from top North American companies to help clients save money.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partner companies to maximize satisfaction and retention.
- Manage your own schedule effectively, working online with the flexibility to set your own hours.
- Collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on the latest financial products, market trends, and compliance requirements.
- Track and report performance metrics regularly to ensure continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
