Key Responsibilities Conduct detailed fitness assessments to evaluate clients' current fitness levels and objectives. Create customized training plans tailored to individual client needs, ensuring variety and effectiveness. Motivate and encourage clients during sessions to maintain engagement and commitment. Provide education on proper nutrition and healthy lifestyle choices to support fitness progress. Manage client appointments and schedules with punctuality and responsiveness. Promote personal training services and memberships through effective sales techniques. Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality fitness programs and enhance client satisfaction. Required and Preferred Qualifications Certified Fitness Trainer from a recognized institution. Excellent communication skills to build strong client relationships and convey fitness knowledge clearly. Highly motivated and adaptable to work with diverse client personalities. Experience in fitness assessment, program design, and managing multiple clients simultaneously. Proven sales skills to effectively promote fitness services. Previous experience in a fitness-related role is preferred. Familiarity with fitness software/tools is an advantage.
