We are an international travel agency, and we’re looking for a full-time operational and administrative assistant with experience in booking domestic flights within Latin America. Responsibilities Handling national flight bookings for our clients across Latin America Managing administrative tasks, such as reservations, updates, and working with Excel spreadsheets Establishing and maintaining contact and negotiating with local flight providers and partners to secure the best fares and connections Coordinating travel logistics to ensure seamless trip itineraries Providing support to clients during their travels Who are we looking for? Professional level of Spanish and English (speaking and writing) Speaking Portuguese is a plus, especially for communication with partners in Brazil We particularly welcome applications from Colombian candidates with Portuguese language skills or Brazilian candidates with strong Spanish proficiency Experience working directly with airlines or airline booking systems is highly preferred A proactive attitude and a customer-focused approach Detail-oriented with excellent accuracy and precision Excellent communication skills (through email, WhatsApp, and by phone) You’re independent and have a high sense of responsibility You have integrity You are a team player and eager to contribute to a dynamic international environment Location: Medellín, Antioquia, Colombia Job Type: Full-time Salary: 1,800,000 COP per year
