About this Role As the Founding Implementation Engineer at TrustyRecruit, you will be the key driver turning signed deals into fully operational customers. You will serve as the primary point of contact throughout the onboarding process, collaborating closely with IT and operations teams, gathering critical customer data, configuring systems, and ensuring a seamless launch before hand-off. This role uniquely blends technical problem-solving with customer-facing coordination. You will leverage AI tools like Claude Code alongside your onboarding expertise to implement configurations, troubleshoot issues, and deliver live solutions. Role Overview: Title: Founding Implementation Engineer Location: Remote (US-based) with occasional travel 0-2 times per month domestically and one week per quarter onsite in New York City or San Francisco Salary Range: $160,000 - $185,000 per year (based on experience) Equity: Competitive equity package Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Own customer onboarding end-to-end: Manage the process from signed deal to production launch, including setting agendas, leading calls, and driving follow-ups. Gather and translate customer data: Collect and map recipes, menus, and operational data into the system accurately. Configure and deploy using AI tools: Utilize Claude Code and internal onboarding skills to set up customer configurations. Build and maintain RPAs: Develop and troubleshoot robotic process automations for distributor integrations. Troubleshoot issues: Investigate problems, test workflows, and identify root causes to ensure smooth operations. Travel on-site when needed: Conduct installations and troubleshooting visits at customer locations. Bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders: Effectively communicate with IT directors and kitchen managers to align expectations and solutions. Feed learnings back to the product and onboarding teams: Share insights to improve processes and tools continuously.
