Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop customized instructional materials and eLearning solutions tailored to client needs, ensuring alignment with learning objectives and business goals.
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI Designers, Project Managers, eLearning Developers, and Solutions Architects to deliver seamless, engaging learning experiences.
• Analyze client requirements and learner profiles to recommend appropriate instructional strategies and technologies.
• Apply adult learning theories and instructional design best practices to create interactive and accessible content.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions through feedback and performance metrics, iterating to optimize outcomes.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Stay updated on emerging learning technologies and industry trends to continuously enhance instructional design approaches.
• Support the team in troubleshooting and resolving instructional design challenges to ensure client satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Educational Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in instructional design or eLearning development.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM), and learning management systems.
• Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in remote teams.
• Fluency in English with clear, professional American English writing skills.

Preferred:

• Experience working with global clients and multicultural teams.
• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and agile project management.
• Knowledge of multimedia production and graphic design basics.
