Freelance Therapist/Counselor - Remote Mental Health Support

Key Responsibilities Conduct individual and group therapy sessions via video and telecommunication platforms. Assess client needs and create evidence-based, personalized treatment plans. Monitor client progress and adapt therapeutic approaches as necessary. Participate in case reviews and professional development with peers. Engage in ongoing training to stay current with mental health industry trends. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology or a related field. Certification or licensure as a therapist or counselor is highly preferred. 1-3 years of experience in counseling or therapeutic practices. Strong communication skills and empathetic listening abilities. Familiarity with telehealth software and remote support tools.
