We are seeking a talented freelance video editor with experience in real estate content creation. As a key part of our team, you\’ll craft engaging videos for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Reels, and TikTok, focusing on properties in Florida. Your expertise in editing, storytelling, and color grading will help showcase properties effectively.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– Edit videos for Instagram, YouTube, Reels, and TikTok centered on Florida real estate listings.
– Produce short and long-form videos tailored to each platform.
– Apply professional color grading (LOG, S-Log) to ensure visual consistency.
– Utilize AI tools like Runway or Descript to streamline editing workflows.
– Incorporate subtitles, effects, animations, and music using Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and CapCut Pro.
– Collaborate with marketing to plan visual campaigns and launches.
– Maintain brand visual identity and ensure timely delivery of content.
– Organize files, backups, and final versions for publication.

QUALIFICATIONS
– Required:
* Over 2 years of video editing experience.
* Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and storytelling.
* Fluency in Spanish; reading proficiency in English.
– Preferred:
* Experience editing real estate videos.
* Knowledge of color grading techniques.
