Key Responsibilities Design and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) and generative AI models to meet enterprise needs. Develop AI-powered applications, including chatbots and automation tools that improve operational efficiency. Integrate AI solutions seamlessly with existing enterprise systems and APIs to enable scalable deployments. Ensure model quality, security, and adherence to responsible AI practices to maintain ethical standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product, engineering, and data science to identify impactful AI use cases. Monitor AI system performance and implement continuous improvements based on user feedback and analytics. Document AI development processes and maintain clear communication with stakeholders. What We're Looking For Required: Strong proficiency in Python programming and experience with machine learning (ML) and deep learning (DL) frameworks. Hands-on experience with natural language processing (NLP), large language models (LLMs), embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG). Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Excellent problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities to work collaboratively in teams. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related fields, or equivalent professional experience. Preferred: Experience deploying AI solutions in enterprise environments. Knowledge of AI ethics, security best practices, and responsible AI frameworks. Advanced degrees or certifications in AI or related disciplines.
