KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– Conduct comprehensive dental evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans.
– Perform aesthetic procedures, including smile design.
– Build trust and communicate effectively with patients.
– Maintain accurate treatment records and follow-up care.
– Comply with health regulations and safety standards.
– Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS
– Required:
* Degree in Dentistry from an accredited institution.
* Strong communication and patient care skills.
* Experience in orthodontics and endodontics.
* Knowledge of smile design and aesthetic dentistry.
* Minimum of 2 years of dental practice experience.
– Preferred:
* Additional certifications in cosmetic dentistry.
* Bilingual in Spanish and English.
