Key Responsibilities Lead daily operations of the luxury private club, ensuring seamless service delivery to military and VIP guests. Develop and implement strategic plans to increase membership engagement and revenue growth by at least 10% annually. Oversee staff recruitment, training, and performance management to maintain a highly skilled and motivated team. Manage budgets and financial reports, optimizing costs while maintaining premium service standards. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality and timely procurement of goods and services. Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies, including health and safety standards. Drive marketing and promotional activities tailored to the unique clientele, enhancing brand visibility and loyalty. Report regularly to senior leadership on operational performance, challenges, and opportunities. What We're Looking For Required: Minimum 10 years of experience in upscale hospitality management, preferably in luxury clubs or premium hotels. Proven success in opening and managing new hospitality properties. Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to inspire and develop staff. Excellent financial acumen and budget management experience. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, adept at engaging diverse clientele.
