We are seeking a General Manager of Sales to lead our Mexico-based sales team in Hermosillo, Sonora. This role is critical to driving revenue growth by managing a high-performing, English-speaking sales team of 10–25 agents focused exclusively on closing deals with U.S. clients. Position Overview: As General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of site operations including team leadership, performance management, process execution, and culture development. You will ensure alignment with Spines’ U.S. revenue goals and foster a culture of accountability and continuous growth. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of 10–25 English-speaking sales agents focused on closing deals with U.S. clients. Drive sales performance through coaching, metrics analysis, and process improvements. Build scalable structures and implement best practices to support rapid growth. Develop a strong team culture emphasizing accountability, motivation, and professional development. Collaborate closely with U.S. leadership to align sales strategies and revenue targets. Manage site operations including staffing, scheduling, and performance oversight.
