Key Responsibilities Assist with daily operational tasks to maintain plant efficiency and safety. Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment and work areas. Support skilled workers across departments and assist in training new employees. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment. Help with unloading and moving materials as required. Participate in team meetings and provide feedback on operational issues. Qualifications & Skills Matriculation Certificate or equivalent qualification required. Strong teamwork and communication abilities. Ability to follow instructions and maintain safety standards. Previous experience in general labor is advantageous but not mandatory.
