Grace is hiring a full-time General Worker in Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa. This on-site role combines product picking and packing, cleaning, administrative support, and assistance with daily operations. Key Responsibilities

• Pick and pack products accurately according to order specifications and established guidelines.
• Clean and organize the workspace to help maintain a safe, productive environment.
• Assist with record keeping, inventory management, and other administrative tasks.
• Support supervisors with daily operations and team objectives.
• Communicate with colleagues to maintain workflow and promptly raise issues.
• Prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Contribute to problem-solving and efforts to improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills

• Grade 9–12 education or equivalent.
• Strong teamwork, communication, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable, organized, and able to work collaboratively.
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but is not required.
