Key Responsibilities Oversee daily service delivery operations, ensuring timely and effective client service execution. Collaborate closely with clients to understand needs and resolve service-related issues promptly. Monitor KPIs and SLAs to measure and improve service delivery success. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address problems and drive service improvements. Prepare and present detailed service delivery reports to senior management. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Minimum 5 years of experience in service delivery or related leadership roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team engagement. Knowledge of service management and delivery frameworks. Experience with performance analytics and reporting tools. Compensation: $2,400 MXN per month. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mexico City, Mexico.
