Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily service delivery operations ensuring timely, high-quality execution.
• Lead and mentor a team of service delivery professionals to boost performance.
• Implement and improve processes to meet quality standards and enhance efficiency.
• Engage with clients to understand needs and resolve service issues promptly.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs to measure delivery success and identify improvement areas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for problem resolution and service enhancement.
• Prepare and present detailed reports to senior management on service delivery status.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in service delivery or related leadership roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build client and team relationships.
• Knowledge of service management and delivery frameworks.
• Experience with performance analytics and reporting tools.
