Additional Information:
• CDL tuition covered after 6-month contract (6-month commitment to have tuition fully covered)
• $100 stipend each week for the first 3 weeks of school
• Students must attend school every day – Monday- Friday
• Pam Transport, Inc. covers DOT Physical, drug screen, school tuition, hotel and transportation ($50 out of pocket fee for license test packet)

Requirements:
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must have a valid driver’s license for the past 6 months with no suspensions
• Must have acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) based on hiring standards.
• Must have Class A CDL Permit
• No more than 12 months Unemployment in the past 36 months
• No drug charges or DUI/DWI within the past 5 years (No more than 2 in lifetime)
