Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Google Ads campaigns, focusing on maximizing ROI and reducing cost per conversion through continuous optimization.
- Set up and configure ad accounts, campaigns, and lead generation forms to align with client goals and KPIs.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, including negative keyword management, to improve targeting accuracy and campaign efficiency.
- Develop and test compelling ad creatives and copy, collaborating with design teams when necessary to enhance visual appeal.
- Analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Hubspot, and Highlevel to make data-driven decisions and report actionable insights.
- Implement advanced audience targeting strategies including retargeting, lookalike audiences, and funnel optimization to boost lead quality and conversion rates.
- Integrate advertising platforms with CRM systems like Hubspot and Google Tag Manager to ensure seamless data flow and accurate conversion tracking.
- Collaborate effectively within a remote and on-site team environment to align marketing strategies and deliver client success.
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns with measurable success in ROI improvement and conversion cost reduction.
- Strong proficiency in campaign setup, keyword research, audience segmentation, and ad testing.
- Excellent analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Hubspot, and Highlevel for campaign tracking and optimization.
- Fluency in English with the ability to understand and use corporate and technology jargon effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with Hubspot CRM for lead tracking and marketing automation.
- Experience in the IT sector, cybersecurity, or marketing to technical audiences such as CIOs, CTOs, and CISOs.
- Knowledge of Google YouTube advertising and video campaign management.
- Basic design skills or experience with Canva or Adobe Suite to assist in creative development.
