Key Responsibilities Design visually appealing graphics for social media, websites, and marketing collateral. Collaborate with team members to develop innovative design solutions aligned with project goals. Organize and maintain digital project files for easy access and retrieval. Manage back-office tasks including documentation, data entry, and administrative support. Assist in executing marketing strategies by providing timely design and operational support. Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to incorporate feedback and refine designs. Stay updated on industry trends and integrate new design techniques and technologies. Required and Preferred Qualifications 12th pass with relevant graphic design skills. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Strong creativity with attention to detail and aesthetics. Excellent communication skills for teamwork and client interaction. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Prior experience in design or office support roles is a plus but not mandatory.
