Key Responsibilities Develop and design a variety of graphics including marketing materials, social media visuals, website graphics, and promotional content that align with brand standards. Utilize Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator to create high-quality layouts and designs, ensuring consistency and visual appeal. Collaborate closely with marketing, product management, and other cross-functional teams to understand project goals and deliver innovative design solutions. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously from concept through completion, meeting deadlines and client specifications with precision. Participate actively in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh ideas and creative concepts for branding and advertising initiatives. Maintain organized project workflows using project management tools to ensure timely delivery and efficient communication. Review and revise designs based on stakeholder feedback to uphold high standards of quality and attention to detail. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or related field. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator with a strong portfolio showcasing branding, typography, and layout design skills. Excellent project management and organizational skills to handle multiple deadlines effectively. Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and quality. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively within a team environment. Preferred: Experience working in a fast-paced agency or marketing environment. Knowledge of additional design software such as Adobe InDesign or After Effects. Understanding of digital marketing trends and social media design best practices.
