Key Responsibilities Perform carpentry tasks including framing, finishing, and custom repairs to meet client needs. Inspect and troubleshoot various structures to identify repair needs and provide solutions. Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. Maintain accurate records of work completed, including materials used and hours worked. Adhere to safety protocols while using tools and equipment to ensure a safe work environment. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide updates on progress. Participate in team meetings to discuss project timelines, obstacles, and successes. What We're Looking For Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent. Proven experience in carpentry, with a strong focus on framing and finishing. Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset. Familiarity with common carpentry tools and safety procedures. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a professional handyman or carpentry role. Preferred: Experience in both residential and commercial projects. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
