Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the LATAM sales team to consistently exceed annual revenue targets by implementing effective sales strategies.
- Develop comprehensive revenue growth plans aligned with market trends and company objectives to maximize profitability.
- Drive business development efforts by identifying and capitalizing on new market opportunities across Latin America.
- Foster strong, long-term relationships with key clients and strategic partners to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and finance teams to ensure alignment on revenue goals and customer needs.
- Analyze sales data and market intelligence to inform decision-making and optimize sales performance.

What We’re Looking For
Required:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably within LATAM markets and B2B environments.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and managing high-performing commercial teams.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Spanish.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote or hybrid environment and lead distributed teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
