We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Budget and Financial Planning Manager to lead our annual budgeting process and financial analysis efforts. Job Summary Location: Atlanta, GA | Primarily Remote | Full-Time At Grady Health System, behind every patient’s care is a carefully crafted budget. As Budget and Expense Manager, you will report to the Director of Financial Planning and Analytics, leading a team of analysts and partnering with operational leaders to transform complex financial data into actionable insights for leadership. Key Responsibilities Lead and own the annual budget process for a large healthcare system. Analyze variance reports, identify trends, and collaborate with directors to address budget gaps. Translate financial data into clear, strategic recommendations for leadership decision-making. Manage and mentor a team of financial analysts. Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting aligned with organizational goals. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, or related field. Minimum six years of experience in financial planning and analysis within healthcare. At least three full annual budget cycles managed in a healthcare environment.
