Key Responsibilities Assist skilled workers and technicians in daily production tasks to maintain efficient workflow. Operate and maintain basic machinery and tools under supervision, ensuring safety compliance. Load and unload raw materials and finished products accurately and safely. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to meet company standards. Support inventory management by tracking materials and reporting shortages promptly. Follow all safety protocols and wear required protective equipment during shifts. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quality benchmarks. Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors immediately. What We're Looking For Required: Basic education equivalent to high school diploma or equivalent. Ability to work in shifts: morning (7:00 am–3:00 pm), evening (3:00 pm–11:00 pm), or night (11:00 pm–7:00 am). Physical stamina to perform manual labor for 8 hours per shift. Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety. Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately. Preferred: Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Basic knowledge of machinery operation and maintenance.
