Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans aligned with company growth objectives to meet hiring targets efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with department leaders to analyze staffing needs and craft precise job descriptions that attract qualified candidates.
- Screen and evaluate resumes and applications rigorously to shortlist candidates who best fit the organizational culture and role requirements.

What We’re Looking For
